I can't see this documented anywhere but is there a way for the notifications to automatically open when you start up Remote Desktop Manager?
That way you are easily aware of any expiring certificates or licenses without having to look at the little icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Hello,
It's not possible to get the notifications as a popup at the opening of RDM.
However, you can pinned the Notification windows at the bottom of RDM as example to always have it in front of you.

Jeff Dagenais
I will add a feature request to prompt for the notification. This could be a setting in your account.

Hello,
Do you have any update about this.
It could be nice to have a notification popup in RDM (on RDM Desktop open) that warn about expiring soon entries.
We have set an expiring entires eMail report, but most of time those mails are over-flooded by others mail notifications.

Hello,
We have the expiring entries in the dashboard but from I've read it's not helpful. I will check if we could add a prompt but don't you think it could be annoying. Do you think it should only be shown once when you first connect to the data source and maybe only for the administrator?

We actually also use the dashboard ;-) And we decided to display it on our monitoring screen.
Yes I guess the popup could be annoying for some users, and should therefore be optional.
I'm not sure what is the best option... but a user setting in RDM (off by default) should be fine I think.
Hello,
I have updated the ticket and also raised the priority. Thank you
