I apologise if this has already been mentioned somewhere but I can't find it.
I seem to have issues with the Devolutions Web Login extension (6.0.2.0) when starting Remote Desktop Manager (13.5.8.0) in offline/cache mode, using Microsoft SQL Database.
That being said, if I'm already connected to the database, then go offline in RDM, it works fine. Even if I restart the browser it still works fine.
I can see my credentials and use them in Remote Desktop Manager and it works with the built-in browser but doesn't work with external either.
This the error that I get with the web plugin
Is the plugin/external supposed to work this way?

Hello,
We have been able to reproduce your issue and a ticket has been submitted to our engineering department.

Hi!
Is it already foreseeable when the bugfix will be available by any chance? This is a really annoying problem when you're constantly at customer sites...
Thank you and kind regards,
Daniel
The issue has been identified, the fix is known but not yet implemented. It will be available in the next major release (v14) of RDM scheduled to be released later this year (Q4). Beta builds will be available before then.

Stéfane Lavergne
Thank you for this information!
Then I will be eagerly waiting for the Beta...
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hello,
I'm currently running 13.9.10 which is to my understanding the beta version for the v14 release.
The issue mentioned appears to still not be resolved in this version, or does it come in a later release of the beta builds?
I'm also running extension 7.0.2.0 in chrome if that helps.
Regards,
Errol
@Ordyss Sysadmin,
Are you starting RDM 13.9.10 in offline mode?
Do you receive the error 400 in DWL?
Could you elaborate on the issue or post a small video of it?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hi Jeff,
Yes, it occurs when RDM 13.9.10 is started in offline mode and it generates the error code 400 within the web extension on chrome.
On Edge, it connects but doesn't proceed to display any results.
Using the internal browser (Embedded Tab) option, it passes through login details to the browser and works correctly.
If change the entry to External, it opens the browser and goes to the requested page but doesn't pass through the credentials, as I would imagine because the extension isn't working.
If I'm online and then go offline, it works fine. Even if I restart the browsers, it will still connect and apply login details via the web extension.
I'm able to see all the credentials within RDM and copy paste them from RDM into the browsers and it all works fine.
Regards,
Errol
Hello,
Thank you for the details. I have assigned this thread to one of my agents so that we can try to reproduce internally.
We will keep you post.
