Error while sending retrieve credential request. Error code : 400
When I use RDM 4.6.0.0 64bit with local data source (SQLite) I have no problem with automatically fill username and password in Chrome 67.0.3396.62 64bit but when I use RDM with Devolutions Online Drive I have this error message "Error while sending retrieve credential request. Error code : 400" in RDM Chrome Extension 6.0.2.0
Hello,
Have you tried restarting your workstation? This might solve the issue since it is only present in one of your Local Data Source.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
I noticed that if I restart the PC and manually execute (no automatic startup) RDM the error still remains, while if I restart only RDM the extension works fine.
P.S. I have 3 databases: 2 SQLite and 1 Devolutions Online Drive. The default source is Devolutions Online Drive and I don't change it when I launch RDM.
Hello,
In order for us to see the cause of this issue, could you please do the following:
1- Open RDM, go to Help -> Profiler
2- In the Performance Profiling window, go to the Debug Only tab and set the debug level to 23
3- Head to your Devolutions Web Login extension window and click on "Refresh"
4- In the Performance Profiling window, click on "Send to Support"
Best regards,
James Lafleur

Same here.
RDM 13.6.2.0 64bit, newest chrome, SQL-Server.
Password "transmission" vice versa RDM/Chrome seems to stopped working for us.
I'll send a profiling report as well.
Best regards
Daniel

Hello,
We received your profiling report, I will take a look at it and I will notify you as soon as I have any update on that matter.

Hello,
I could not help but notice that you said ''us'', this lead me to think that you are using RDM on a terminal server ? Is it the case?
Could you also see if you receive the same error with Firefox and Internet Explorer?
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Hello James,
I was on holiday.
No - "us" means, that we have multiple RDM installations. Each person has a PC/Notebook with an installed RDM.
If you have no clue, what happened, it is maybe a chrome update?
I will have a look after it and test IE as soon, as I have time for it.
Regards
Daniel
Hello,
No problem, thank you for your explanation.
I look forward to see if this issue has been caused by an update from Google Chrome.
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Hi James,
new status. I could already do a little "test" in chrome. It seems to works again.
So the solution is easy: 2 weeks holiday.
The next time this happens, I will first have contact to our managing director and ask for another 2 weeks - that should solve it.
(or maybe it was indeed a chrome update - but ssh!)
Chrome is now: 68.0.3440.106, so there have been several updates.
Regards
Daniel
Hello,

Indeed, everyone need a little vacation from time to time haha.
