can i import/sync the KeePass XML-File/DB automatically?

Hi again ;)

you can try to export your KeePass entries to CSV and create a CSV Synchronizer in RDM

But then the CSV wouldn't retain the Keepass folder structure. See here on .XML vs .CSV import:
