Hello,

This help article should help you enabling the domain authentication inside DVLS

Hello,

Do you get any error message in the DVLS logs about the failed authentication? If so, could you please send us the detailed error message?
https://helpserver.devolutions.net/configure_dvlslogs.htm

And also, could you please send us the DVLS Diagnostic report?

Server log files are enabled. I get nothing in log file viewer.

Diagnostic is sent

Hello,

Thank you for the Diagnostic report.

I will send you by email a SQL statement to run on your DVLS database. Please adapt the service account to the one that is configured in the IIS Application pool identity.

This should resolve your authentication issue.

@everyone,

This issue has been resolved. As stated at the bottom of the following online help page, the service account configured as the Application Pool Identity of the DVLS instance needs specific permissions on the SQL database.
