Issue with User specific setting

Issue with User specific setting

Hi there,

Our team use RDM with a MariaDB data source to manage all of our rdp/ssh sessions. By Deafult we have the credentials set to none as we all have seperate user account for our servers as each person have certain permissions.

My plan was to have each user save a Last Pass credential in the private vault of each user and then use the UserSpecific settings to overwrite the credentials and have them map to the LastPass in the private vault.
However when i go into Edit User settings -> Tools -> and set private vault credential entry to last pass and pick the individual credential and then try to log in, It asks me for a username and password.

I can set the User Specific setting through the General tab but this does not have an option to link it to a specific Last pass entry and have to select it on every log on which can get a bit annoying with lots of server jumping.

Am i doing something wrong when trying to set this up?

Thanks,

Matt

Hello,

I think that this issue is caused by the fact that your LastPass entry stored inside your private vault has the "Always prompt for password" option checked.

Could you please try to uncheck it and see if the issue still occur.

If it is the case, could you please send a screen shot of your Lastpass Properties to support@devolutions.net?
I will then be able to see what might cause this issue.

Best regards,
