I have a weird issue but not a show stopper.
We use Chrome and when I launch a web page via RDM it loads the first page twice.
For instance – I go to login.microsoftonline.com and it will load the login page and after about 0.5 to 1 second load it again, after which it works as normal. This happens on on all web interfaces, and only the first page.
Any ideas?
Hello,
Could you please go to the Properties of your Web Browser entry and see if either "Automatic Refresh" or "Refresh once after delay" is configured?
This might be the reason why your Web Page is loaded twice.
If the issue still occur after disabling these options, could you please answer to the following questions:
1- Which version of RDM are you currently using?
2- Which type of Data Source are you currently using?
Best regards,
James Lafleur

Neither those two options are selected.
I'm running 13.5.8.0 -64, with an Online Drive data source.
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your fast response.
Could you please send your configuration file (RemoteDesktopManager.cfg) and an export of one of your Web Browser entry that has this issue to support@devolutions.net? This will allow me to reproduce this issue in my environment and and see the best course of actions from there.

Hello,
Thank you for your files, I will need to ask you a few more question in order to help me narrow down the cause of this issue:
1- Do you open your Web Browser entries in external or in embedded mode?
2- Do you open more than one Web Browser entry at once? If it is the case, could you please tell me how many?
Best regards,
James Lafleur
I open web sessions in external mode.
The number of sessions would be anything from 1 to maybe 5 at a time. Opening more than one session does not affect the behaviour.
@Everyone,
I discussed with Peet van Rooyen via email and he decided to use an SQL Server Data Source instead to see if the issue would still be present.
@Peet van Rooyen,
Do you have the same issue while using an SQL Server Data Source?
Best regards,
James Lafleur
Was this ever fixed?
Not definitively - I moved to both another computer and a SQL data source and the problem hasn't occurred since.
Hello @Terry04,
This issue was never replicated in our test environment. As mentioned by @peet , this issue seems to be only present on his previous workstation.
If you also experience this issue, I would recommend trying to install RDM as a portable version and see if this issue still occurs with the default configuration.
For more information on that matter, please refer to this link: https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/installation_portableusb.htm
