Hello,
Teamviewer Entry doesn't seem to work properly.
When I double-click (Open Session), Teamviewer starts to connect, then I get the password popup - I have to manually copy the password from my Teamviewer-Entry in RDM. Apparently, RDM doesn't forward the login to Teamviewer properly.
And where do I set up where Teamviewer is located? I had a one-time popup the first time I tried to open a Teamviewer-Session from RDM.
Thank you.
Hi,
Which version of RDM and Teamviewer are you using? I would like to reproduce the issue internally.
Best regards,
David Grandolfo
RDM 13.5.8.0 64bit.
Teamviewer 13.1.3629
You can configure the Team Viewer path in File->Options -> Path --> Configure Installation Path

Also, could you try to call the team viewer executable from the Cmd prompt with the parameters. I've often see issues with the application directly and their command line.

How do I do that?
Below you could find the Teamviewer support web site link with the full CLI sentence.

OK, but that doesn't have to anything with the problem in a Teamviewer Session Entry, now does it?
I recreated the sessions, and now it's working - for some strange unknown reason to me.
Thanks for the follow up.
