Issue Deleting Host Entries
We are running RDM version 13.5.0.0 with DVLS 5.0.0.0 . We are trying to delete some entries that are no longer needed but are finding that they aren't deleting. We get the prompt to confirm and accept it but then nothing happens. No error, but the entries simply do not delete. We can add and modify without issue and the security shows us that we do have delete capability.
Need assistance so we can delete the old entries. Thanks.

Firstly, I would recommend updating your RDM and DVLS to the latest version;
RDM = 13.5.8.0
DVLS = 5.0.2.0
I suggest consulting this article prior to upgrade DVLS

I would like a remote session to perform the upgrade, tomorrow morning would be ideal, but we can setup another time if that is not convenient.
Also, can we update just the DVLS and not the RDM? It is just easier as we have the RDM installed on several terminal servers, so we can update the DVLS and one RDM (mine) and then I can tackle the rest after hours on my own if that is a possibility. Thanks.

RDM and DVLS are closely working together, so you would need to upgrade your RDM as well.

After upgrading to DVLS 5.0.2.0 and RDM 13.5.8.0, the issue has been resolved.
