Helpdesk system which ties into remote desktop manager.

Would be cool if Remote desktop could tie into a helpdesk system and server maintenance/change_request with approvals
This would make it all inclusive.
Either have it tie into other systems (i.r. SCCM) or be an Devulotions proprietary add-on module.
And of course ITIL
