Hello,
we discovered 2 issues with following scenario:
If you come back from lock, you have to enter the Google Validation Code - some times after then the RDM GUI does not appears. You see the icon in the info bar, but we are unable to get back to the GUI.
Resolution: Kill the task and open RDM again (of course, enter again the Authenticator Code)
Second issue (i`m ot sure if this behaviour is wanted)
If you not enter the Authenticator PIN, the Devolutions Web Login nevertheless fills in the login informations for a saved Web-Browser session.
So if you know a saved Web Browser session, you just need to navigate to this URL and the extension fill in the stored information from RDM.

Min
Hello,
I was able to reproduce the 2nd issue regarding the DWL, but I was not able to reproduce your first issue.
Would you be able to send us a quick video?
Etienne Lord
Hi Etienne,
sure, next time I will record the behaviour. Of about from 30 attempts the problem occurs 1 time.

Hello Min :),
I was able to reproduce your issue on older versions and reported it.
Last week Hubert asked me a video on how to reproduce the issue and I was unable to reproduce it with the 13.6.2.0 version of RDM.
Do you still encounter the issue from time to time ?
*EDIT* forgot to mention it was about the 2fa lock issue.
Best regards,
Alexandre Roy
Ah, found it.
When the application is minimized and the windows lock goes through, if you misstype the 2fa when you bring back the application, RDM UI won't come back even if you type it back right after.
The current workaround for this issue is right clicking the tray icon and click Maximize then drag the RDM application window.
I belive the app location is set outside the screen border when this happen. Going to look into it.

Alexandre Roy
hello,
This issue has been fixed internally and should be available within the next 2 update of RDM.
