This has been happening A LOT more lately. Only way to clear them seems to be to restart RDM.

We are currently on Server v4.7.0.0. Attempted an upgrade with your support team last week to 5.0, but it failed multiple times and had to revert back to 4.7.0.0.

Sorry to jump in, but the RDM version that you should use with DVLS 4.7.0.0 is RDM 13.0.6.0.
Could you try to downgrade to this version to see if that help

After some research in our customer database, I have found the upgrade session we did with you two weeks ago.
The problem was about the Security Provider set with a Shared Passphrase v1. The problem has been fixed and the upgrade to DVLS version 5.0.2.0 works perfectly. The Shared passphrase is still valid and the newest versions of RDM and DVLS are able to decrypt all the information for the Shared passphrase.

Thanks for the advice, Jeff and Erica. I will set up another appointment to upgrade to 5.0.2 now that the passphrase issue has been resolved.
After upgrading Server to 5.0.2, and clients to 13.5.6+, this issue is still present, albeit in slightly different form. What we see now is that every 3-5 minutes, the "Authentication in progress" box pops up for 2-3 seconds, then changes the focus of the window away from the active RDP/SSH session to the search field of the navigation panel. You then have to use the mouse to re-focus the window on the active remote session. What is most frustrating is that this is an interrupting error, whether or not RDM is the actively focused window. It pops up above all other windows and prevents me from working. About 10% of the time, the re-connection fails and pops up a dialog box stating the connection to the server has been lost. I have to click Close to make it go away, then go back to the active window I was working on before being interrupted. This behavior has been reported by all of our users.

Thank you for the diagnostic report. I see that the Token Valid Time is set to 1 minute. So every minutes, the token expires and redo the authentication on your DVLS instance.
