support for elliptic curve hostkey algorithms in Integrated SSH Shell

Hi,

the integrated SSH Shell doesn't support elliptic curve hostkey algorithms like for example ecdsa. I read that your are using putty internal, the putty release 0.70 has support for these algorithms.
