Unable to reconnect sessions when downloading update

Hi,

I have seen the last couple of times, when it's downloading an update to RDM, that I'm not able to click on the "Open" on the "restore connections" even though I minimized the download-window. As soon as the download is completed (the download-icon in RDM is gone), I'm able to reestablish my sessions.

I think that's a bug, that even though the download-window is minimized, it's not possible to use RDM.
