Question RDM 13 Upgrade

Very easy question, we are running RDM version 12.6.7.0 on several desktops and terminal server against a Devolution Server data source running version 4.6.0.0. We simply want to know what is the preferred upgrade path to get to RDM version 13.5. IE do RDM clients first then server, can we jump directly to 13.5 or do we need to go through intermediate versions, etc. Thanks!
