Invalid username or password pop-up window

Good Afternoon,
Since we just renewed our yearly subscription and uploaded our RDM and Cloud licenses, my RDM is having issues.
When I first log on, I am getting another tech's Devolutions Cloud Account Login screen. It comes up with vmazarin@colospace.com. This tech is no longer with us and has been deleted as both a RDM User as well as in the Cloud account. I am the administrator and the owner, and I deleted his accounts personally. I checked to make sure he was not listed in either site.
When I remove his email and insert mine, rday@colospace and put in my PW, I do connect and see my correct Data Sources. However when I try to click on any of my sessions or sub-folders, i get a pop up window that says I am using incorrect credentials. When I try to close that window, it keeps popping up and I have to do that several times before I can get the session or sub-folder to open or Edit, or any of the other features. I have to do this several times all day, and I have closed out and reopened. Some of the sub-folders are Text docs, and when I try to open them (which we've had for years), I get a final message that says it in an incorrect format.
This just seems to be for me, none of the other techs have complained about these issues.
This is driving me crazy and very hard to get any work done, and suggestions?
Thank you,
Roberta Day

Hello,

What version of RDM are you using?

Could you please go in File -> My Data Source Information and send us the report?

Also, could you try CTRL+F5 in RDM to see if it helps?

Best regards,

Hi Mark,

I just sent the report from my data source information page. I am running the Version 13.0.6.0 64-bit.

Next time I get the pop-up, i will try the CTL+F5 you suggested.

Thanks,
Roberta

Hello,

Thank you for the call!

@everyone

The issue was that the user's previous login credentials were still present.

Removing those resolved the issue.
