We scanned the file in question with Malwarebytes (output attached) and nothing came up. We also installed SpyHunter on a VM and scanned the system and nothing was flagged either.

Can you please post the SpyHunter output?
Can you please try a different anti-malware tool?

We downloaded the file in question and then scanned both the .zip and the containing .exe file with SpyHunter & Malwarebytes. We've attached the outputs.
