The current subscription has expired, online database will not accept new key

We renewed our subscriptions for RDM and the online database. Clients are now displaying an error "The current subscription has expired." when making changes to the database (e.g. adding an entry). I have tried to enter the newly purchased key in the online database but I get an error "License key is already in use" when I do so.

Hello,

Is it possible that you have 2 data sources?

If you go on the https://cloud.devolutions.net portal, click on Online Data Sources on your left and Online Data Source again, do you see multiple data sources? Is it possible that you have 2 online databases?


Maybe the key has been entered in another online data source, this may explain why you receive this error message.

@Everyone,

The new license was configured in a new Online Database. After deleting the new database, the license key was released and it was possible to use it to renew the current subscription of the Online database.
