Periodically, I lose access to some (not all) options in the context menu when right-clicking on an entry in the Navigation pane. For example, when this occurs I'm not able to add or edit any entry. I'm not even able to open the properties dialog box to review information. I'm using the Devolutions Online Drive and I'm assuming that I've lost connection with it. Is there a way to force a refresh--I cannot find such a option. The only way I've found to resolve this issue is to restart the application (which is very inconvenient since I usually have multiple sessions up at once).

What version of RDM are you using?
I think CTRL+F5 in RDM should do the trick.
Is this an issue you've been experiencing for a while or did this appear recently?

Thanks, Mark, for the response. I am on one of the latest versions. This seems to happen about once every week or two and has been going on for a couple of months. I'll try the Ctrl+F5 trick the next time this happens. May I recommend adding a Refresh Data Source button to the UI.

For your issue, I think it might be related to the cache used by the application. A refresh should do the trick.
