Can't use a template in active directory synchronizer?

I've got a few remote desktop templates configured with credentials and some other settings that work fine for adding single entries, but I can't get them to work with a synchronizer. The template list is blank when I open the dialog to select a template. Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong (it's my first day with RDM Enterprise)?

Hello Josh,

did you create a Local or a Shared Template? With the Synchronizer you could only select Shared Templates.

Huh I'd tried that but it was till blank. Turns out I needed to click the Database tab to actually see the list, and now it's working. Maybe that could be selected by default if it's the only type that works there anyway?

Yes, the Devolutions Team already made some improvements (available in the latest beta version) - here only the shared template tab (or called in future database templates) are shown :)
