Latest beta (13.0.17.0) breaks ScreenConnect

When I click a ScreenConnect entry, it should open my browser and download the ScreenConnect client. It was working fine on the old RDM version, but not after I've updated it to the latest beta. If I switch it back to an older RDM version, ScreenConnect will work fine. I'm using ScreenConnect v2.0 extension on the server.

Hello Ricky,

Could you update the extension to version 2.1? Due to a change in ConnectWise 6.6, it broke extension 2.0. The latest beta (which you are using) as well as extension 2.1 are required.

If there are still issues after updating the extension please let me know.

Perfect, upgrading extension to 2.1 worked. I should have checked this, just didn't think there'd be another extension update so soon.

This broke again in the latest beta. I checked the extension and the latest is 2.1.

Hello,

I just published version 2.2 of the extension, could you download it and give it a try? The minimum RDM version for version 2.2 of the extension is 13.5.1.0.

I've updated to 2.3 and using the latest RDM beta and it's still not working...

Switched back to an older RDM version and it works fine.

Confirmed on 2 separate machines.

Hello Ricky,

I've made a few more changes on the RDM side of things (look at this thread), I suspect your ScreenConnect server is a version before 6.6, is that right? If so I think the fix I made will resolve your issue. That fix will be available in RDM 13.5.5.0.

If your version of ScreenConnect is 6.6 or higher though, could you send me your application logs? You can send them to our support team by going in Help > Application Logs, and in the report tab press "send to support".
