Batch Edit -> Convert from Web (Data Entry) to Web Browser session

Hello,
since 13.0.9.0 it is not possible to execute Batch Actions on a single entry. Would be nice if a new option would be added to the refactoring session (in the Convert to section beside Data entry (Accout) and Data entry (Web).
Background is the posibility to convert single entries created by Devolutions Web Login to a Web-Browser entry session.

I think that I should re-enable it for Batch Action and the refactoring.

Would be also an option, basically is to disable the batch actions on a single entry a good point, but then the several functions (like the convert to web browser session) should be accessible on another way.. like over refactoring section or similar :)
Maybe we can reconfigure the refactoring menu points like the "More Tools" section -> by click on the button the refactoring options would be opened in a new window? (just an idea ;) )
