Detect MAC Addresses batch action issues

Hi,

When using the "Detect MAC Address" on a single session I get both the OS and MAC.
However, when using the batch action command I either get only the MAC, or the batch action fails for every session.

Anyone else with the same issue? What can I do to troubleshoot?

Do you see anything in the Application Logs or do you have any error message?
