I can login to our servers on RDM but I'm unable to give focus to any work on our Servers using RDM.

Good afternoon, until a couple of days ago I was using RDM but now I can login to the servers but can't give focus to anything on the server. I'm using RDM Enterprise Edition Version 13.0.6.0 I've tested MS remote desktop and can remote in and successfully carry out server work. Any help would be appreciated. I'm running Windows 7 Professional. Thank you.
