Display size for Tabbed RDP - suddenly not displaying as expected
We are running RDM Enterprise 13.0.6.0 on a Windows 10 Pro workstation.
RDP outside of RDM sizes any connections we make correctly, proper scale and correct ratio. However within RDM in our tabbed RDP sessions we can no loger see correct ratio or it shows scrolled bars.
Our default setting for display which always worked is Smart Reconnect and default for Remote desktop size. However now any connection we make shows scroll bars whether we connect to a Windows 7 or 10 or 2008 or 2012 or 2016 workstation/server.
Any thoughts on what has caused this/ Maybe latest Windows 10 update? Any help would be apprecaited.
Hello,
Could you go in File -> Options -> Types -> RDP and enable the option Disable RDP scale factor (HDPI) to see if that help.
After enabling this option, please restart RDM.

Jeff,
1000% success, that setting certainly did the trick - thank you.
Any ideas why this was suddenly required? We have been on this RDM version since release and on same workstation.
Regards,
Dale.
Hello,
Glad that is now working.
This option has been added to RDM recently and with all the new HDPI monitors on the market, this option is very helpful.
Thank you for your feedback.

Jeff,
And it has fixed our long term issue with scaling to our connections to Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10. Great feature, thank you.
Regards,
Dale.
