Private Vault credential

Hi,

we use RemoteDesktopManager 13.0.13. I have private vault credential in the store. When I use a RDP Connection with Credentials Private vault search
every Time is two Popups came up:






is it possible that we can open the RDP without this two windows??

Hello,

For the first pop up, there is an option in File > Options > Types > Credentials in the "private vault" section called "Prompt for credentials on empty private vault search result". You need to uncheck this box.

For the second one, this means RDM was unable to find your private vault credential using the private vault search string. This is probably due to your credential in the private vault not having the "global availability" set to "available":


If it's set to "default", you can change this default in File > Options > Types > Credentials in the private vault section.
