Thycotic integration with MFA
Our thycotic integration works fine without MFA in thycotic. But if radius or google authenticator is enabled the integration will not work. It appears to not display the challenge window and times out.
Is it possible to work this way?

Sadly our relationship with Thycotic is not what it used to. They consider that we are now a competitor and do not want to collaborate anymore.
We have partnerships with CyberArk, BeyondTrust just to name a few. It’s surprising really because, even if we were competitors, (our target market is not the same) all of the players are focusing on open standards and interoperability.
Our last email didn’t get a response. Hopefully members of our community that pay big dollars to use Secret Server will have enough influence to reverse their decision.
If you are paying customers of theirs, maybe contact your account manager to indicate youd’ like them to collaborate with us. In the mean time, we’ll look at what we can do on our own.

Appreciate it. i will take it to my account rep. The integration is critical to how we want our operations to work.
It looks like we can figure out how to lockdown Thycotic and use the RDMs MFA instead. We can try that route. Thanks for the reply.
