RDM is very slow in updating hosts properties

RDM is very slow in updating hosts properties

Hello,
we use Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise edition, version 13.0.6.0 with MS SQL database like data source. We use RDM more then 4 years and it looks like it is getting slower and slower. Now we have there more then 1800 hosts. Often I have to wait more then 6 seconds to open host properties and also when I change some host properties and I confirm it, it take some seconds to save (RDM freezes till properties are saved).
We are 10 people using same data source, but there is no difference when there is just one user or there are 10 users. MS SQL is standard version 2012 and other databases are running well.
Please, cloud anybody help me with this problem? It is possible that 1800 hosts is too much or there could be some other problem? If I have to wait everytime many seconds it is very annoying.
Today I also tried to disable offline cache and there is no difference.

Best regards, Oldrich

Hello,

Could you try to perform a clean up of the database to see if that helps

I also had this problem for awhile, only it took 15 seconds to do anything and everything.
You should see your CPU spike during these tasks.

Install the 13.0.14.0 beta version and uncheck the Allow Entry State locks option in the Administration - Data Source settings - General properties.

Hello,
thank you for your help. Cleanup I already did before asking for help so I tried new beta version with Allow Entry State locks option disabled and it looks promising. I will test it more but after 2 days I does not see any problem I had before. What exactly means that I disabled this option?

Hello,

This option allow you to locked your entries when they are used or edited.
