Configure user RDM

I'm not sure to understand what you mean by configuring a user? You have the Administration section where you can add and edit users.

Let's try it again:

On a user workstation, so that he/she can use the RDM, I have to physically go there, when they are logged in and set up RDM manually. Meaning: configure the source and set specific settings in the options.

I would like to know if I can do that without having to go to each user's computer.

We offer a service called the Custom Installer;

Basically, this will allow you to configure RDM with all the desired settings & data source configurations.

When everything is set, you will be able to deploy it on your users workstations. After, they will be ready to open RDM and start working right out of the box.
