I cannot see sessions or edit my online database (trying to enter new licence key) when I log in to the web interface -- see attached screenshot. Other users at my location do not have this problem.

Could you try your session on another computer? do you have the same issue?
If not, could you try with a different browser on your computer.

I logged in from another computer and it worked. On my primary computer, the problem does not exist in Edge, but does exist in Chrome & IE.
