it might be not a problem with ps-import in first line.

we now made a few tests we have problems with roles & inheritance.

the user TestUser is part of AD-Group and mapped Role MyRole.
On folder TestFolder Role MyRole gets every rights in General,Security,Attachements,Documentation.

But we can not edit, add, etc

What is the User Type of the TestUser account?
Is it set to Read Only or something else?

tried to add the user @ folder-permissions additionally to the roles and it doesnt work either

and i cant explain the behaviour:
my user has same rights granted, i can add,edit

netbios/upn makes no difference

recreated user in dvls-console and makes no difference

ok, i now have 2 users:
one is part of a "Admin-Group" which has more privileges in rdm (no DVLS-Administrator, but as near as possible): able to add/edit/delete
second ist part of "User-Group" and is not able to add/edit/delete but
is granted at folder-level to do so ...

both users are created as "restricted users"
