This means it's a network issue and it's not related to RDM. Are you sure that RDP is enabled for this machine?

Are you able to "ping" the remote computer? Do you know if the remote computer is on?
Regarding the domain to use to establish the remote connection, our support team cannot provide you the domain to use to be able to establish the remote connection. You would need to contact someone who has access to this computer and ask him this kind of information.
