RDM application totally hangs after automatically going from offline => online with login dialog

We use RDM with a Azure SQL DB.

I am working from a place with a connection which is less good (drops out now and then). I noticed when RDM is open is show the login dialog to re-login, probably because there was a connection loss? This was annoying, so I press 'cancel' to stay in offline mode.

Now the full application hang and will not work anymore. I killed it all and re-opened; when opening again it asks to login: I press cancel and work offline.
After a while again the app ask to connect => pressing cancel will kill it again...

Not that the login dialog can appear more then once - see below:

Hello,

What version of RDM are you using?

Could you post some print screens of your data source configuration? I would need print screens of the Connection, Settings and Advanced tabs located in File -> Data Sources.
