Hi
We are running version 6.6.0.0 but suddenly starting yesterday we cannot use dropbox anymore. When we try to use an existing datasource it says: The current Datasource is Unavailable. Then i have tried to create an new one, but there i cannot validate the a account. After i have validated it still says: The account is not validated yet.

Hi,
Last year Dropbox announced that they were about to deprecate their original API. Of course we migrate our code to the new API. I think that they finally shut down their server.
Unfortunately this mean that you need to install the latest version. Could you try the latest version with a trial key?

I could do that, but if that works are you going to fix the 6 version of the software?
This is not possible for us to fix the old version. If this works, send me an email and we will find a simple solution.

Hi - I'm having the same issue. I upgraded to 8.2 and the issue persists. I tried creating a new Dropbox data source as well, and it won't validate my account. The credentials that I'm using are definitely valid. I do have 2 factor authentication enabled on my Dropbox account.

RDM does not support the two factor authentication. I think that might be your issue right now.

Ah, OK. Disabling 2FA let me connect. Is this something that will be supported in a future release? I'm not terribly keen on leaving 2FA off. Thanks!
Could you try to enable it again. I think that once it validated you might not need to do it again.
