Problem upgrading from 13.0.3.0

Problem upgrading from 13.0.3.0

I tried to update to 13.0.6.0 today and received the error in the attached file "RDM error.png"

I then went to control panel and Add/remove programs and tried to uninstall that way. I get the error in the attached filed "RDM error 2.png"

The installer is looking for the old 13.0.3.0 installer but cannot find it.

Please help!

Hello,

Could you please try the Microsoft Fixit tool provided here?
https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/troubleshooting_uninstall.htm

The problem is that the upgrade process is unable to overwrite the existing installation.

With the tool, simply uninstall the old version and then reinstall the latest one that can be downloaded here;
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download

We also suggest making a backup of the %localappdata% - Devolutions - RemoteDesktopManager folder.
