TeamViewer connections logs 5 Seconds

Good morning,

I've just installed Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise.

If I start a remote team viewer session with a newly created Partner, I use TeamViewer version 13.0.50.58, in "view log use" I count only the first 5 seconds (see image).

The same thing with the "status" of the connection next to the partner, the symbol "play green" remains only for 5 seconds.

Hi,
The problem is that we don't have the control over Team Viewer. I suspect that when we launch Team Viewer the application launch another process and RDM detect that the original process has closed.

I'm not sure that we can do anything since we are unable to embed it in our software.
