Tab Groups - Inheritance

RDM 12.5.4.0
Would it be possible to add "Tab Group" names on Group/Folder objects and then have sessions inherite when "Tab Group" is empty on the session objects?
It is annoying having som session objects missing the "Tab Group" entry, when forgetting to set it.
I have also looked for a batch edit of the "Tab Group" entry, but it doesn't exist, I would however prefer the options to allow inheritance.

We would benefit from it as well. Alsi to make the "tab color" inherit too.

Hello,

We'll add the tab color to the ticket as well. Also, we're bumping up the priority of the ticket, we're aiming to release this feature in an early version of RDM 2020.1. We'll let you know once the feature is completed.
