Is there any way to get Inventory Reports for all Entries at once? Or a way to automate/macro them?
I'd like to get Inventory Reports for all of our Microsoft RDP entries, but it seems I can only do this one at a time.
Hello,
Please go in Edit -> Batch Edit -> Batch Actions and select Load From Inventory;
Best regards,

Mark,
That is very useful to know, but not quite what I want to do.
I am trying to generate reports from:
Tools > My Inventory > Report tab
This creates a nice visual Inventory Report that can be saved or printed.
Another way to access this is:
Right-click on Entry > Macros/Scripts/Tools > Inventory Report > Report tab
It's not possible for now but this is something we want to add in a future version of RDM. We are working right now on a solution for that.

David, We would be quite interested in that feature as well! Merci!
Hello David,
Is there an update for this post on when we can expect this feauture?

Marco Huiting
That's something we plan for later this year.

Is there any new on this ?
I want to use Remote desktop manager to inventory all or users Pc's but if I have to manualy do this for every pc instead of giving a list to scan than it aint worth it at the moment.
@joeykeulen,
It's possible to perform the Load Inventory on several sessions at the same time. To do so, selection your sessions and then go in Edit -> Edit Special Actions -> Load From Inventory.
As of now, it's not possible to perform this automatically in background, but it's something that we are evaluating. This project is planned for 2021.

Hello,
Just in case you find this thread via a search, the powershell module now has a Invoke-RDMLoadFromInventorySession cmdlet which is the way to truly automate this process.
