Copy Username and Password issue

Hi,

Indeed copy password by itself work and copy username as well too.


Copy username and password seems to work but you have less than a second to paste it. It seems to have a shorter timer than usual.

There seems to be applications that seems to interact with the clipboard, luckely enough, I got caught by the same issue you probably have.

My GoToAssist application seemed to be the reason why my Clipboard was being cleared so fast, after closing it the proper delay was applied.

Could you take a look at this post and verify if any of those mentionned application are running on your computer?

thanks for the hint! Looks like you are right and we have a third application that has a impact on the clipboard - on our side it was a Teamviewer (12) Connection (started from RDM) - if the connection is active the mentioned clipboard problem occurs.
