Security settings allow changing the status

Security settings allow changing the status for a read only user.
Make it possible to allow a read only user/group to set the Status settings.

Hi,
Sorry my mistake. I thought that it was possible and that it was a security breach. Allow aread-only user to change the value is more complex than expected. I have entered a feature request.
