Each time you do something with 'users' the 2FA pop up re-appears.
We are running the latest versions.

Administration > Users (close the dialog)
2FA appears again

We have been able to reproduce your issue with RDM Mac 4.5.3.0 and DVLS 4.7.0.0 and a ticket has been submitted to our engineering department.
