In version 13 you have "deprecated by default the RTF everywhere (use mark down instead)"
All our "Notes/Secure Note" that was created in Private Vault and with RTF now has been converted to HTML and contains all HTML tags in the text which is not so readable
Is there a way to convert a post from RTF to plain text ? Other than doing it manually ? Doing it manually takes a lot of time because we have a lot of "Notes/Secure Note" with the option RTF
The same posts in the generall vault still has RTF and is readable
"use mark down instead" is not available in 13.0.1.0 but is in older version 12.6.x.x (only Plain text and HTML in private vault and RTF , Plain Text and HTML in the general vault in version 13)
Also, how is "mark down" supposed to work because choosing "mark down" gives you no option to write down the Notes and information.

Hi,
it's supposed to be backward compatible. You should be able to view your note in RTF when it was created before. Does it work even for the private vault?
For you question about the markdown in note. We show the note in information only if you have text in it. If it's not the case, it's hidden and we recommend to use the Documentation instead.

I can add to this. The original note written in RTF is now shown as HTML displaying all the RTF tags.
I can not edit or view the note in RTF as this is no longer a valid file format.
To clean this up I have to manually remove all the RTF tags in the text.
It's cumbersome to read the notes and quite a job to clean, so please fix this.

I can confirm that at least our problem in "Private Vault" now has been solved with version 13.0.2.0. The option RTF is now back on the older posts and the text is readable.

It is the same when viewing the Private Vault in Devolutions Server Web interface, Notes information showes RTF tags and is unreadable
Do you have to fix this in a new version av DVLS or how do we fix this ?

Problem solved with version 13.0.2.0. Secure notes displays OK in the overview, and I can again edit as RTF file type.
