Hey all,
This is a huge pet peeve of mine but when you right click a folder and press close all, often it only closes the first one in the folder then when you hit close all again it goes ahead and closes them all down.
Thanks
Hello,
What version of RDM are you running?
What type of data source are you using?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hi Jeff,
I'm using 12.6.8.0
It does it on both MySQL database & my local source VPS's
Don't get me wrong - it does work, it just requires me to press close all twice. The first time you do it, it only closes the first RDM session in the list.
Thanks
Hello,
I am not able to reproduce your issue.
Are you selecting Disconnect All or Logoff All on this message?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais

Disconnect all, it does it if i right click a folder or multiple selected machines - My other 4 workers have the same issue too & are all on the same version.
Hello,
Could you launch RDM 64bit to see if there is any change?
Open the folder containing RDM, by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager, and launch RemoteDesktopManager64.exe.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Morning Jeff,
Some guys in my office run on the 32bit however I run on 64bit anyway & both do it.
Thanks
Hello,
Could you try our latest beta, which is RDM 12.9.5.0. You can download this version here
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download#Beta
Please note that if you are using a SQL Server data source, a database upgrade is required.
