I am trying to set up RDM 7.6 for multiple users to access from server 2003. Each time I close the app. out and reopen it prompts for the master key even tho I have registered the product this is the enterprise version. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I think that you are mixing the masterkey with the registration key. The masterkey is a password. You can remove it in the application option File->Options Security
