Open Home Page Externally

Would it be possible to add an option to get the server home page to open in an External windows rather than an Embedded one (ideally just for some servers not all)? I find that the HP system management homepage throws spurious cookie errors if run embedded and I see there are a few other posts from users with the same problem. The page works fine if opened externally.
