Todo View - user see all entries

Hello,

we have configured a role based management on our structure - for the entries it works flawless - but in the todos view a restricted user see the entire created todo`s (and also for those session /entrys to which he has no access).

In my opinion should the restricted user not be able to view todo`s that created on entries where he has no permission.

Hi David,

this bug still exists (13.6.1.0 & 13.6.5.0) - additionally the restricted user doesnt see the clock icon any more in the status bar when an entry will expire (for admin it works)

For the icon in the status bar, could you take a screenshot to show what you mean?

Hello Min,

The problem with the todo will be fixed for the next version.

For the notifications button in the status, are you sure the user has the right configuration for the "entry expiring delay"? The option can be found in File>Options>General>Notification. Maybe the one for your admin is lower than the one for your other user? When I test in 13.6.5.0 I can see the icon with both the restricted user and the admin.

For the notification - see here the difference: left the restricted user, the right one is from the admin. Notifications is for both users set to 30 days (for all types)
This show v 13.6.1.0 but it's the same for 13.6.5.0

I checked the code and the button should be visible if there are notifications and you aren't in RDM Free.

I'll see if our QA can reproduce the issue.

Hi again,

just tried the previous versions (bin) - the notification icon appears for the restricted user on 13.0.6.0 - then I tried 13.5.13.0 - here the icon is again missing. Maybe this info is helpful.
