Hello,
I am using mouse on the left side of the keyboard. When I log onto remote Windows using RDP, in order to have correct mouse buttons settings, I need to switch primary and secondary buttons on each remote Windows. Is there a way to avoid this? Before Remote Desktop Manager I used to use Terminals Services MMC, and I didn't have this problem.
Thanks,
Jovan

Hi,
Do you open your connection embedded in RDM or externally ?

Hi,
I have tried both with the same result. But, I have discovered, that it works fine on my old Windows XP workstation - the problem is with my current workstation on which I am using Windows 7.
On both workstations RDM and .NET versions are the same (RDM 5.5.1.0, .Net Runtime v2.0.50727), but Remote Desktop versions are different - on Windows 7 there is 6.1.7600.16835 and on Windows XP is 6.0.6001.22443.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jovan
Hi
I must admit that I have no idea, I checked all the RDP settings if found nothing. When you use it externally, it's directly mstsc.exe that is called, so if does not work externally, it's mean that it's a problem with the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client.
I will let you know if I find something.

Hi,
I found out what was the problem - generic mouse drivers. I have installed new drivers and now it works fine.
Sometimes, you need just a little help to deflect your thoughts to right direction - so, thanks for you help ;)
