Hi,
we are trying out the web interface but when opening a remote desktop connection (see attachment), you get a window with:
You'll need an app to open this rdm
Look for an app in the Store
This is the behaviour on a computer that doesn't have the RDM client installed.
If you have installed the RDM client .rdm files are accossiated with RDM and then it works fine, but of course you want it to work without installing the RDM client. Is there any solutuion for this?
Another question is if there is any way to group the Forum tickets that me and my colleuges have created (e.g. all users with @sectra.com address) for easy access in the future?
Best Regards

Hello,
It's not possible to launch a RDP connection from the web interface of DVLS. You absolutely need RDM installed so that you can launch RDP connection.
As for the ticket grouping, I will send a request to our web team. They will evaluate if it's possible. As of now, it's not possible.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
By the way, it's a Microsoft limitation. I know that they are working on an html 5 client so maybe it will be possible eventually.

Hi,
that Question from Patrick I've too. What a pity what an Advantage do you have if you Need the Client to open rdp Connections from the Webbrowser.
If i would can open the Connections without the Client on any Client, that would be great.
