MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll is missing

I updated my Win7 x64.
Now the remote desktop manager 12.0.8.0 fails to start.
There is a box with this error: "The MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll could not be located..."


I found that the error is related to MS C++ Redistributable package so I tried to repair and uninstall/install this package, but no change...
Any idea?
