Devolutions Server upgrade from 4.4 to 4.6 - Now cannot login

We just upgraded from 4.4 to 4.6 and are now finding we cannot login to Remote Desktop Manager as the data source, keep getting wrong username or password from any login. Tried from both RDM 12.0.5 and 12.6.6. Please help!

Are you able to login from the web interface?

Are you using Domain Users or Custom Devolutions Users?

Are the pre-requisites installed?
Have you set administration credentials?

Web interface simply gives me a spinning circle that goes out finally to a simple 404 error.

Prerequisites were met and the IIS feature diagnostic comes back with all green checkmarks.

I added the administrator credentials, unfortunately they made no change in the issue. Do I need to restart anything after I make that change.

I am eastern time zone.
